Come and learn how to make real French pastries with our cheffe Karine. We'll start by making a delicious tonka bean crème brûlée, then we'll bake choux pastries and fill them with fresh seasonal fruit. The pastry bag will hold no secrets for you! All question are welcome. The recipes are designed so that they can be repeated at home without any problems. The classwork will occur in English. Attention : No wheelchair access. This is no masterclass : all participants cook the pastries from A to Z. Children are welcome from 8 years upwards Number of participants : 6 max minimum level required : None Duration : 2h allergen list: gluten, milk, eggs, nuts
