Together we'll prepare another iconic French pastry : the chocolate éclair Made with a crunchy choux pastry, it's filled with a delicious chocolate cream. And last but not least, we'll add a wonderful icing. You'll come back home with your éclairs just in time for the luncktime, and will impress your family for sure ! The classwork will occur in English. This is no masterclass : all participants cook the pastries from A to Z. Number of participants : 6 max minimum level required : None Duration : 2h allergen list: gluten, milk, eggs

We reserve the right to cancel a course if fewer than three participants register. Should this be the case, we will give you several days' notice, so don't worry.
